Palm Springs South End: Located close to many great restaurants, beautiful hiking trails and eight golf courses in a three mile radius.

Other Things to Note:

- 29 day stay or more required.

- Cleaning fee includes a mid stay clean for all 30 day reservations and a deep clean upon checkout.

- The person making the reservation must be over the age of 25. They will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID and sign a rental agreement.

- Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee.

- There is a 7% cancellation fee on all VRBO reservations
