The Space:
You’ve found it! Your perfect Palm Springs getaway. Paradise at the Pointe is a luxurious two-bedroom two-bathroom one-story condo with attached garage. It is close enough to downtown Palm Springs to pop in for meals and shopping, but removed enough from the hustle and bustle to feel private and serene. The space is remodeled and newly furnished and decorated, with a peaceful patio surrounded by grass and citrus trees, thirty yards from the large pool and hot tub area that is never crowded. There are also two tennis courts and a pickle ball court (rackets and balls in the residence). The living room has a gas fireplace and brand new TV with cable and streaming options, and there are new smart TVs in both bedrooms as well. King-size bed and ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom, and queen-size bed in the second bedroom. Plush new mattresses and linens will give you a great night’s sleep. There are a washer and dryer in the attached two-car garage, and a fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll unwind and enjoy the peace, quiet and greenery of this beautiful resort-style condo. Located close to many great restaurants, beautiful hiking trails and eight golf courses in a three mile radius.

Cleaning fee includes a mid stay clean for all 30 day reservations and a deep clean upon checkout.

The person making the reservation must be over the age of 25. They will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID and sign a rental agreement.

VRBO cancellations will have a minimum of a 5% cancellation fee.

Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee.
