Dear Andrea, We really appreciate your feedback, it will certainly help us improve and we will keep in mind that details are very important and can affect an entire experience. Even though we focus a lot on cleaning and making sure that everything is working properly, we won't leave out all the things you mention, we have asked our maintenance and purchasing team, to ensure that the house is equipped with cooking basics, cleaning utensils and we just left a new ironing board and iron. As for the towels, one is provided per guest, one hand and one bath and we will make sure they are always complete. We apologize for not addressing this issues in a timely manner, but we made sure to take your comments into consideration to ensure a good experience.
