Just to make the check-in more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located on the building premise. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to guest on the day of arrival.

You will be able to check-in from 2pm and check-out is 10am.

NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs.

We are located at toward the inner-city location of Larrakeyah; right along with the popular Mitchell Street with all of Darwin's popular food, drink, and entertainment venues conveniently close by. Walking distance to the impressive Darwin Entertainment Centre and close to the Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for both relaxing and adventurous holidays. Also, the Darwin Waterfront Precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre making this area convenient for hosting VIP guests and as a Corporate conference accommodation.

This apartment lies exclusively within a private residential complex offering great facilities. From your accommodation you’ll discover plenty of great places to eat situated in the heart of Darwin - we provide a Guest Information Sheet to all our guest that include Favourite Dining options, Must Do's, and more while you are in Darwin. There is a diversity of eateries so there really is something for every taste.

Everything is within walking distance or riding distance around the city. There are no trains or trams in Darwin city so for public transport catching the bus will be your best option - there are bus stops close by on the Street. Uber has started operating in Darwin since mid-2018.

NOTE: During busy periods there are various shuttle services that pick-up and drop-off patrons to scenic and popular locations. Also, Darwin has recently implemented a trial of 250 e-scooters that make it more convenient to get around the CBD.

Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- No pets
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
- THE KEYS SHOULD BE LEFT IN THE LOCKBOX ONLY
- Bins are to be taken out on bin days
IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350-$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
