Escape to the vibrant suburb of Nightcliff in this charming tropical-boho three-bedroom condo, ideally located just a street back from the Nightcliff Foreshore. Accommodating up to six guests, this inviting space offers a comfortable, family-friendly base to explore the best Darwin has to offer.

Inside, beautiful wooden floors flow throughout spacious, light-filled interiors. The fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner gas cooktop, gas oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, and all the essential cooking tools you'll need. A 65-inch OLED Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning throughout ensure modern comfort after a day of exploring.

Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for a great night's sleep, with plush mattresses, crisp white cotton linens, ample wardrobe space, and elegant cedar venetian blinds. The main bedroom offers two luxurious long singles that combine into a king, the second features a cozy double, and the third a spacious queen. The bathroom comes stocked with complimentary toiletries, with a separate toilet for added convenience. A high chair and portable cot are also available for families with young children.

Step outside to the expansive patio — with seating for eight, dimmable festoon lighting, and a portable fan, it's the perfect spot to settle into Darwin's warm, breezy evenings. Off-street parking sits right adjacent to the condo, and a washing machine with detergent and clothesline rounds out the home comforts.

You couldn't be more centrally located — the Nightcliff Pool and Foreshore CafĂ©, the Nightcliff Jetty and its popular food carts, and the Nightcliff and Rapid Creek shops with their weekly weekend markets are all just moments away.

Such a lovely and clean home away from home - the space had beauty and felt cozy with a quirky touch. Comfortably slept a family of 6. Benjamin was a great host, quick to respond and so helpful with everything. He organised extras for our little one, high chair/ cot. Great location!

Excellent !! Place to stay in Darwin

This is a very rare gem to find in NT . Well designed vintage decor , comfortable beds , whole bean coffee to grind and make fresh coffee . This place makes you relax the moment you step your foot inside . We did not want to leave , my wife said lets buy it :) !

I decided to manage my own properties on Airbnb after having them managed for me. I found that management businesses were not providing the quality of service I desired for the guests in my properties. Some of the issues I encountered included: multiple people messaging guests which resulted in confusion, cleaning which wasn't up to standard, and delays in assisting guests when they required assistance. On the whole, I found it impersonal and lacking in hospitality.

A bit about me.
I'm a born and bred local. I spent the first ten years of my life in the town of Jabiru in the heart of Kakadu National Park. I've lived in Darwin since then, and I am very familiar with Darwin and its surrounds. I love living here ... the weather, gorgeous sunsets, markets, multicultural and friendly population, the list could go on. I've travelled around the world, and spent part of my early 20's helping to establish an eco-tourism venture in Nepal, which has been a great success. As such, I know what it means to offer a quality experience to guests.

I look forward to hosting you, and I trust that you'll enjoy your stay. At any time, please feel free to reach out and touch base with me - whether you're after suggestions as to what to do and see during your stay, or whether you simply want to organise a mid-stay clean. I'm here to help make your stay as memorable as possible.

A tip from a local? Grab a Banana and Nutella crepe from Kens Crepes. Moorish!

Head to the nearby Nightcliff Pool for a swim followed by coffee and a meal at the Foreshore Cafe, the Nightcliff Jetty where a range of food and drink carts can be found, the Nightcliff shops to hang out at the trendy Lucky Bat Cafe, or Dom's Bar and Lounge for a cocktail or two. All within easy walking distance of the condo.
