The Spot is located opposite a local surf break called Spot. Up a hill and with 180 degree views of the ocean you won't want to leave this oasis high above the Great Ocean Road.

Recently renovated and with mostly new furniture, this is the ideal retreat for big families or 2 families to share.
The large spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining zone takes full advantage of the views and it’s the perfect place to spend time with your family and friends. The Spot is a five bedroom, three bathroom house that comfortably accommodates ten people. The property is well zoned for families or two couples, with separate sitting areas.
Upstairs: Living areas, master bedroom with ensuite, two double bedrooms and bathroom with hidden laundry.
Downstairs: Two bedrooms (one double and one twin singles) and a bathroom. A games room with a ping pong table, great for the kids and adults alike. There is also a small living area and gaming set up.
With Wifi , heating and cooling, ceiling fans and a fire box, The Surf Spot has all the modern amenities allowing you to be able to relax in comfort all year round.
You have a choice of two outdoor areas with plenty of outdoor seating to entertain friends and family: an expansive sundeck capturing the stunning ocean views at the front, or a sheltered courtyard with a BBQ that backs on to state forest at the rear.
With its contemporary, coastal feel, world class ocean views and bedding for 10 this property has everything you need for a great beachside escape.

This property is private holiday home for rental. You will have sole use of the property, ensuring your privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner. Note that the property is on tank water, so please be careful with water usage.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. The property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
