House on the beach with views of the sea and mountains for 8 people North Coast

The house has an incredible covered gourmet balcony, with a concrete charcoal barbecue, and has a wonderful and stunning view of the sea, Ilhabela, São Sebastião bay, the neighboring cities and the surrounding mountains and nature!

This 3-storey townhouse is close to the beach, in a very quiet and family-friendly residential neighborhood, but close to the center and shops and conveniences. The house is fully furnished, including household utensils and everything necessary for guests to have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

In the house guests will find a covered gourmet balcony with barbecue, Smart TV, fiber optic internet with 5.8G WIFI, beds and bunk beds, suite with air conditioning, sofa, household utensils and accessories, full kitchen, appliances and crockery. Everything very well maintained and clean! The house also has a laundry room with a sink, ironing board and clothesline.

The rooms are accessed by an internal staircase. The bedroom balconies are covered, and the living room has a covered gourmet balcony with a barbecue, with an incredible view of the sea! All of this is close to the beach on foot, which is less than 150m away.

There are 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A suite with air conditioning, another bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds). ATTENTION/IMPORTANT: The third floor (basement) is closed for improvements. It's not a renovation, we're just redecorating without fuss. Therefore, guests do NOT have access to this floor nor the backyard at this time. The house is equipped with practically everything necessary for your comfort during your stay. This includes household items such as plates, cutlery, pans, glasses, cups, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, juice jugs, hand towels, and tablecloths. Furthermore, as there is a barbecue on the terrace, you will have barbecue knives, a grill, tongs, skewers for meat, and a marble and wooden bench for cutting at your disposal.

The house is in a small type of family condominium of 4 houses, and has a main access gate that is always closed. Only residents and guests have the key.

We also include pillows with pillowcases, toilet paper, HOWEVER, we do NOT provide sheets, blankets or towels. We kindly ask that all guests bring their own bed linen.

IMPORTANT! We do not include bath towels, sheets and blankets for hygiene reasons, and we also do not offer shampoo or hair conditioner, for obvious reasons. Therefore, don’t forget to bring these two essential items!
