Take in the beautiful blues & incredible sunsets over Tasman Bay, the Tasman Sea, coastline of the Abel Tasman & the mountainous skyline of Kahurangi National Park!

This architectural, light-filled holiday home offers a well-equipped escape with lots of special touches including ultra high-speed WiFi!

Fabulous outdoor dining on deck. Across the road is swimming and water pursuits. Easy bike ride or just over 30 minutes walk to the city. Vistas from many windows. Great decks. Beautiful hotel-style loft master with balcony!

Upstairs - 1 (Master): This is a Loft-style bedroom with King bed and Small balcony with Sea views.

Ground floor - 2: Single + Single (this can be converted to King by early request).

Other - Double Sofa bed in lounge (this will not be made up in advance of arrival, but linen & bedding will be provided).

Shower with mains pressure, Toilet & Vanity with Wall-heater & Heated towel rail.

Laundry

The Bosch washer and dryer in one are located in the living room cupboard. A drying rack is also provided.

**Special conditions and notes**:

>Access is via a steep but safe driveway.

>Bedrooms & Light - The bedrooms are fitted with shade blinds/screens. These reduce light but do not block it. The Master loft bedroom is screened from the living area below but is partially open to this space (as shown in photos).

>Car parking - There is just one car park available at this holiday home. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Atawhai Drive.

>Noise in the area - While this holiday home is elevated & well set-back from the main road & far from the port, Nelson's waterfront areas can be busy & all properties within these areas may be subject to some road & port noise.

>Spa pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10 pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.

>Stairs - this home has stairs between the car port, loft level and the main level with its living areas, bathroom & second bedroom.

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our time staying. The house was well maintained, clean and well set out. The view was stunning and heaps to do as a family nearby. Would love to come back! Thank you for having us.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at Atawhai. It was a great location for our ticky touring around Nelson lakes, Moutere and the Able Tasman. The property was reasonably noisy with the main road into Nelson going right past the property. We did not enjoy the continual traffic noise.

Very pretty view

Great view, owner was very responsive and helpful. Only downside was the very steep hill that we could not get the car up, so we had to park on the street and had to walk up the steep hill.
