Important Weather Update
Before your departure, we want to make you aware of possible inclement weather during your upcoming vacation. The resort’s management team is monitoring the weather and preparing as needed. However, there is no change to the operating status of the resort at this time. We encourage you to actively monitor the weather situation before you depart and check your flight status through your airline carrier. Further updates on the resort’s operating status will be provided on this page should weather conditions warrant.    

Construction Updates
Please note that beginning on April 1, 2025, the Frenchman’s Cove will undergo emergency repairs to sections of the road pavers on site. The project is anticipated to be complete by November 15, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.

Resort elevators modernization will occur March 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Please be aware that the building elevator will be out of order during this time (most buildings only have one elevator). Please anticipate construction noise during business hours. Members of our resort team will be available to assist with luggage and golf cart pick-ups.

Service Animal Policy

Pets Not Allowed.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates

Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S Virgin Island’s “Environmental/ Infrastructure Impact Fee” on timeshare occupancy requires the resort to collect a nightly fee for each timeshare villa occupied by an Owner or an exchange guest.

There will be a Parking fee to be paid directly to the resort.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They`ll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

Shuttle Service to Buoy Haus & Frenchman’s Reef

For your convenience, there is a complimentary shuttle that transports Frenchman’s Cove Owners and guests to Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort at Frenchman`s Reef, Autograph Collection and The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef. The shuttle leaves directly from the Frenchman`s Cove Main Lobby.

As you enjoy their restaurants and the public beach, please be advised that Frenchman’s Cove Owners & guests are not permitted to use the pools or other hotel amenities. It is best to plan your travel between the resorts accordingly as this complimentary service has a specific schedule and does not operate outside of the scheduled times. Please see the shuttle schedule below*.
