You can see the ocean through the trees and right in front of the tennis courts. The space was clean and was well stocked! Pool was not crowded and had lots of seating. We loved the beach stuff that was available along with a cooler. Amazing all around!!

The seagrass covered the beach, and the access to the beach was under construction- no chairs. Do not come here if you want to access the beach or sit/relax at the beach. Although Lindquist beach nearby was beautiful. The units were all under construction, so there was loud banging and hammering at 8am daily. There was construction materials everywhere on paths, parking lots, and walkways. The units where construction was completed looked great, so maybe once finished the sound and mess will be better.

Wonderful St. Thomas condo!

We stayed here for two nights on the front end and back end of our STJ trip and it was the perfect condo for us. It’s easy to find, close to the Ferry and Red Hook, and had all the basics we needed. There is a very nice beach area and pool on the property as well! Would definitely stay here again!

The beach at Anchorage Condominiums is located directly on the property, so the distance from the Rainbow Building (or any building on the property) to the beach is very short—just a few steps away.

Secluded condo

Overall good condo, for its age. A few quirks, only hot water in one shower, made for an interesting shower. Location was secluded, a bit out of the way without many options for food or restaurants. Would recommend a rental car, using taxis that far out was expensive. Overall good condo.

Thank you for your feedback. Upon inspection the cold and hot water in both bathrooms is working. The Red Hook area has a lot to offer. The condo is in walking distance from 3 restaurants, too bad you did not have time to explore during your one night stay. Hopefully you get to come back in the future and enjoy!
