On the outside, you’ll notice many classic architectural and design features that give this home a solid and authentic feel. This home offers a modern take on the traditional Mission Style homes, with a soft tan exterior, multiples windows, a multi-pitched tiled roof, and stone accents. A private driveway provides plenty of space for parking, and the front yard is landscaped with native plants and shrubs from the area.

Living Room

This two-story condo gives guests two levels of living space to explore. On the ground level, you will find a spacious living room, complete with beautifully tiled floors with custom etched designs, fireplace, flat screen TV, and plush wrap around sofa for ultimate relaxation. The soaring ceilings give the entire downstairs a light and airy feeling, and the living room flows effortlessly into the kitchen and dining room areas. There is a stunning spiral staircase leading from the living room upstairs to the second level.
 

The Kitchen

The fully furnished kitchen features updated features such as granite counters, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The flow-through layout makes it easy for the chef of the family to move about the kitchen and interact with guests throughout the central part of the home. This gourmet kitchen has all of the dishes and flatware sets you’ll need to serve the entire family, and bonus features like a blender, extra sharp knife set, and coffee maker add to the convenience of this central room. Set right off of the kitchen is a formal dining room where you will find a large wooden table and seating for six under an elegant light fixture. The extended counter space in the kitchen also serves as a snack bar with three high top chairs.
 

Rental Condo Bedrooms

This two-story condo features three spacious and private bedrooms, two are located on the second floor of the home, and one bedroom is located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms have their own style and personality, and the set up allows eight adults to sleep comfortably
 

Bedroom One

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a California King bed and private access out to the balcony where you can enjoy the view of the property and take in the soft sea breezes. This master suite features classic wood furniture, warm color accents, and subtle decor throughout. Attached to this bedroom is a large, spa-inspired bathroom complete with an upscale vanity area with double sinks, deep jetted tub, glass enclosed walk-in shower and plenty of plush towels. This entire space is a retreat from the rest of the home and provides comfort, convenience, and luxury for tired travelers.
 

Bedroom Two

Bedroom two is set apart from the rest of the bedrooms and tucked away on the first floor of the home. This bedroom has a Queen size bed, elegant vanity area, plush carpeting and high-end linens. Bedroom two also has its own private bathroom, complete with a double vanity, glass enclosed shower, and separate toilet area. This beautiful first-floor bedroom has everything you need to relax and recharge after a long day exploring San Felipe
 

Bedroom Three

This bright and airy bedroom has a sturdy and beautiful bunk bed with soft linens and plush pillows. A bright blue accent wall makes this room fun and open, and is perfect for kids and adults. This third bedroom is also on the second floor and has its own private bathroom. The bright sea-inspired colors carry on from the bedroom into this bathroom, and guests can enjoy the beautiful shower/tub combo with glass doors and simple vanity area.
 

Outside Area

As if the inside of this home wasn’t impressive enough, you will fall in love with all of the outdoor areas this home has to offer. From the quiet location in one of San Felipe’s most coveted community and quick access to the beach to the private alcoves and nooks throughout the home. There is an intimate stone patio that overlooks the beach, complete with comfortable seating in front of an outdoor fireplace. An iron gate leads from this private terrace directly out to the beach.
The upstairs master suite has exclusive access out to a beautiful balcony that serves as a perfect place for coffee in the mornings or to play music and enjoy dinner as the sun sets!

This incredible home is minutes from some of San Felipe’s best restaurants, local shops, and beautiful beaches. San Felipe is a charming fishing community and there are many things to do in San Felipe, such as riding ATVs, go fishing, rent sailboats, go golfing, or sit back and enjoy a locally brewed beer at the San Felipe Brewing Company. This home is just minutes from everywhere you want to be during your visit to San Felipe!

This San Felipe beach front rental condo provides every amenity you expect of an exclusive resort development.  , 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, 3 restaurants and much more. This is a place you will definitely want to return to, again and again!

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
- 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
- Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.
