El Dorado Ranch San Felipe Rental Condo - Steps to the beach!!

-This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
- 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
- Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

Take a break for your average day-to-day living! Settle into a little slice of Heaven that's just steps to the beach. This condo is ready for you to unwind from the busy work week, just bring your bathing suit and flip-flops.. and your ready!! Many near-by restaurants to choose from and groceries are just right down the road. With this 3 bedroom condo, theres room for a much needed family get-a-way!!

This home has on-demand Internet - this costs $80 to activate.  Internet is optional and does not need to be included with your rental.

This condo does not have garage access!!
- Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
- This rental comes with 6 pool passes only! (La Ventana and Condo Pools only!)
- If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

MONTHLY RENTAL - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  If you do plan to bring your off road vehicles, you will be required to park them at a secure location by the gate at an additional cost of $10 per day.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
