Best of all, the home is located only 6 miles from downtown San Felipe. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. This rental comes with 6 pool passes only. If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool. Children 12 and under do not need a pool pass. Resort passes are issued between 8AM and 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not have pool access on arrival day. Pool hours are 9AM to 10PM. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
