This home offers a master suite upstairs and two additional bedrooms on the main floor. The Master has a king bed, one main floor bedroom has a queen and the other two twins. You can sleep 6 in comfort. The home has Mexican stye decor complete with modern conveniences along with the trusted security of El Dorado Ranch.

The private courtyard entrance with fountain offers and impressive view and the relaxing sound of running water. There is a spacious outdoor veranda and BBQ. The most impressive is the gourmet kitchen showcased by the most modern of appliances and the professional cook top and ovens. This kitchen is totally equipped for you to prepare gourmet meals including cappuccino. Yes there is a cappuccino machine. Imagine, patio dining, watching the moon rise over the Sea of Cortez, sipping cappuccino.

You will love coming back to this vacation home each night after a long day of San Felipe vacation activities. You can relax in front of the satellite TV and watch your favorite programs on DirecTV, watch a DVD movie while enjoying the surround sound, the IPOD docking station or enjoy the San Felipe sunset on your own private rooftop.

This home features central air-conditioning when the summer heat gets the best of you and heat for those chilly winter nights. The home provides an outstanding alternative to dining out with a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing dining area and a gas BBQ grill. The living room has a propane fireplace and there is another fireplace on the outdoor patio that burns wood.

You will also find a fully equipped laundry room with large washer and dryer and of course all linens and towels provided. This exciting vacation home comes with everything you need to give you and your guests the perfect San Felipe Vacation!

Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

RESORT PASS AND SWIMMING POOL PASS

This resort requires guests to have passes to access the resort and pools
The passes are only issued directly to guests - Tgis requires guest to visit one more office after check-in
Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is between 8AM - 4:30PM
If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day.
Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. (Subject to availability, uilities include, water, electricity, propane satelite TV and internet.)
