The primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath, while the second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins). Find a guest bathroom located just outside the second bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has recently been updated with granite counter tops & new cabinetry. A furnished dining area seats 6, while the furnished outdoor balcony has a beautiful view of the resort's Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, WIFI Internet access, and a charcoal grill located in the common area below.

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
