Stay was pleasant

Everything worked. We would have preferred more window coverings on the windows. Overall stay was pleasant.

Florida trip

Not the greatest. Eight of us staying and only 1 towel each for the entire trip. I inquired about getting 2-3 more towels and got no answer. Ice maker did not work. Only 2 kitchen trash bags. No cleaning supplies. Location was fine but a long way from beach. I was allowed to check in about 1.5 hours early which was great.

If we had been made aware, we would have provided more towels, immediately - Additionally, we were not made aware of issues regarding the icemaker, trash bags, or cleaning supplies, but would have rectified the matter in the event that we would be made aware - We are sorry that the location was farther from the beach than expected Thanks for your valuable feedback. We strive to go above and beyond for each guest, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Peaceful & Quiet Getaway

We absolutely loved everything about our experience with this home! It was clean, well stocked, and easily accessible. We had extra excitement with a friendly bear that joined in the backyard one night! A definite memory for us!!

Great property

We came to Gulf Breeze for part of our spring break. The Host provided everything we needed! The house has great space, and plenty of room for our family.

Amazing Stay

My family and I decided to go to Florida for my birthday weekend and the stay at this house was just amazing. The booking process with Evolve was very smooth and easy. After arrival the actual owner of the home reached out to me with a warm welcome and was available if I needed anything. The house was beautiful and well maintained. The owner is a semi-retired pastor. He would serve you as his church members. I highly recommend staying at this house because it was close to everything including the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This was such a great place to rent. We came in for a retirement and was able to cook dinner and invite some friends and family over for a small gathering. All the essential cookware was there. We had plenty of space for everyone to sit around and talk and laugh. We also got to meet the owner which was a great joy. He was very funny and really wanted to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We definitely will be renting again.
