this gorgeous, modern vacation home is located in the desirable SW area of Cape Coral and features Gulf Access.
Villa Surfside is located on a quiet but centrally located street, walking distance to Surfside Shops. Did anyone say Starbucks for breakfast? Not to worry, it is a quick walk. The home is about 40 min drive to the Caloosahatchee River, 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach.
Our guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed vacation home. This villa features 4 bedrooms , two of them are set up with King beds who have their own bathroom. There is also a room with one Queen bed and one with two Twin that share a hallway bathroom.
Villa Surfside can comfortably accommodate 8 guests with ample room to entertain. For your convenience, there is Wi-Fi, Netflix, extra blankets, and pillows, and all of the essentials you need for your stay.
The open kitchen layout to the dining and living room is fantastic for preparing food but being in the middle of everything. The home has two separate living areas where everyone can spread out and if needed different programs for adults or kids can accommodate any entertainment needs.
There is no shortage of outdoor entertaining options at Villa Surfside. The home has ample of outside living space with fantastic seating under the Tiki Hut by the boat dock, lounge area or if you choose to dine under the shaded patio another option is to sunbathe in the lanai on one of the lounge chaises, we are sure you will be enjoying the Florida sun. Boat dock and lift are available for our guests if they like to rent or bring their own boat.
Additionally, there is a small home gym with free weights, treadmill and a weight machine (at your OWN RISK owner is not liable for any misuse of the equipment) as well as plenty of bicycles and a kayak at renters' discretion.
