It is our favorite place to stay at the beach! We are high enough up to enjoy the scenery or beautiful sunrises and sunsets. And be removed from the beach noises of peopleIf your looking for all the benefits of being at the ocean. Yet longing for peace and quiet to rest. This condo gives us both. Its like home away from home yet located in your own little piece of heaven! We love staying here! Super clean, with a great hostess to work with!

The ocean view was excellent. The condo itself was nothing like pictures online. It was older and needs a complete restoration inside. The second show was too small for even kids. There were years of thick dust on the wall pictures, especially over the bed in the master bedroom, and the air vents. The rooms were cluttered with lots of stuff and very little space for guests to put their clothes and luggage. We paid for three nights but checked out after two nights and found another place to stay.

The place itself was nice. But there was a problem with the lint coming from the dryer that left lint everywhere. I was not going to review the property this way reaching out to the owner privately but there management company decided that 154 bucks was the solution. So attached are the pictures to show what we had to deal with. I would not book again. I hope they fixed the problem.

There were both positive and negative points. The positive: Ocean View; Luggage cart; Elevator; Easy check-in; Easy Beach Access; Relatively Clean Upon Arrival. The negative: Older Unit requiring some repairs. Upon arrival: Oven was filthy; Marks and dents to a number of areas on the walls; The large glass panel for the rear sliding glass door is beginning to separate from the metal frame (potentially dangerous); Master bedroom clothes closet door mirror is cracked.....Just to name a few examples.

Janine was wonderful to work with. Stayed in touch and was always available when called with questions. The resort is an older building and could use some updating. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a week's stay. Parking was a little difficult for our full size van but we always found a convenient space.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This property was very well supplied, providing every utensil/ kitchen ite.we needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay there! Wonderful view from the 15th floor. They had everything you need and more. The host was so nice and immediate to address any questions you had. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Home away from home

. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset every day. The location was convenient and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The housekeepr was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Good location. Condo needs major purging of storage shelves in bathrooms, small bedroom and kitchen. No room for personal items because all shelves even in medicine cabinet full. Food left in fridge.
