Relax and unwind in our sunny and cozy historic loft from 1911. It has been recently lovingly modernized while maintaining its old world charm. Be a part of the vibrant community of Ramsay, one of Calgary's oldest neighborhoods. Enjoy the convenience of a central location in walking distance to some of Calgary's finest restaurants, the Calgary Stampede, award winning breweries, a thriving art and cultural area, the Calgary Zoo and so much more.

✓Spotless after every guest, we adhere to enhanced five step cleaning process and sanitization.
KITCHEN/Eating area
✓Full Kitchen: Dishwasher, stove, oven, Range hood, full fridge, microwave, nice lay out. Kitchen items provided such as paper towels, pots and pans, cooking oil and basic spices. Bar table with 4 stools. CO and smoke detector.
MASTER BEDROOM
✓Gorgeous hand crafted wood bed frame, quality mattress (queen size), powerful ductless A/C, dresser, shelves, closet, nightstands and lamps, views of the city and Calgary Tower.
SITTING ROOM / Bedroom #2
✓Sectional sofa with pullout bed (Queen-size). 60" TV with netflix, large workspace desk, coffee table, wifi Booster.
BATHROOM
✓3pc with walk in shower. Towels, linens and basic toiletries provided. Washer and Dryer.
