This Tampa Bay side unit will be perfect for your next getaway! You will be in awe as you end each day enjoying the Florida sunset. Located in the fabulous Resort Community of Little Harbor, this unit is perfectly placed and close to everything you need.



This unit features two queen beds with pillow-top mattresses, a full-size bathroom with a combo shower/tub with handrails, a partial kitchen (no oven), and a dining space! Enjoy a Large Flat Screen TV w/Cable for relaxing. There is Wi-Fi for those of you who must stay connected! All of the Resort Amenities, restaurants, and marinas are within walking distance from your Unit. Parking for your vehicle can be found right out front!



You will want to return to this unit at 'The Inn' after you experience the quiet convenience of the location and especially after you see a few Manatees or maybe even Dolphins in the Canal just behind your building!



This unit is perfect for a weekend getaway (2-night minimum) or a week's stay to enjoy the Little Harbor Resort amenities!

Wonderful , useful amenities in the room and on location!! Lovely clean room. The only thing we could say is the second bed on kitchen side squeaks whenever my sister moved. But i can't mark off points for that. Will definitely stay again!

room was as expected.what was somewhat disappointing was there was 1 garbage bag for a 21 day stay,no beach chairs. Room was available when we got there at 3:00pm but we had to sit outside the unit until 4:00pm as instructed.That said we did have a nice stay.

The entry door was broken, and anyone could have gotten in the first night that we were there. An extremely nice young man came the next day and tried to fix it, but was unable to because of the shape of the door. He came back two days later with a brace to put on the door. He said the door had been in that condition for 4 years. The room looked good upon arrival at 11:00pm, but morning time…. it needs a lot of tender, love and care. The bed linens are extremely old. . I have photos that were taken of the dirty floor and the mat at the front sink. I was very disappointed of what I got and what I thought I was going to get. It needs a 24/7 cleanup detail.

Room was very musty and should have been aired out prior to guest arrival. Floors were so dirty that my son’s feet were black after crawling around so clearly had not been freshly cleaned. We were not provided even a full new roll of toilet paper. And the property management team was not very responsive and when questioned about toilet paper they stopped responding. The latch on the door was not very secure and wiggled a lot when you pulled on the door. Did not make me feel very safe.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, friendly, convenient. Well appointed kitchenette. Walk to the beach or your choice of 2 restaurants. Like new amenities with everything you need. Pier for fishing and sunsets, adirondack chairs for relaxing. Pickleball, corn hole, shuffleboard, bocce ball, tennis, basketball, dog park, 2 pools, playground, workout facility, vending and ice machines. Overall excellent. Everything you need for a getaway. Excellent value! Will be back!

Perfect location

Stayed 2 weeks and loved every day. Was close to pools, restaurants, water and local eateries. Watched dolphins every day, along with beautiful sunsets. Unit was great. Roomy and had everything needed for our stay. Will definitely return.

Family Short Trip

We had gone for a brief family get together-my sister who recently had passed. She lived nearby in this beautiful area that is off the unbeatin path. We even met people from St. Pete that had never heard of Ruskin?.LOL I love this area and hope it never grows any bigger. Never had a need to make accommodations before but I will in the future to visit my family. Perfect place and location.

Don’t loose the key fob!

Room was fine, little dirty and outdated, property was nice, restaurants were good, beach was not very nice. Located in a very rough part of town. Wish we didn’t misplace our key fob, our shower handle broke as well, they did their best to get it fixed

Dissapointing that my request for early check-in and late check-out was denied. Upon arrival at 4pm, it was very obvious the unit was ready for arrival ahead of the 4pm check-in time. The presence of only one roll of toilet paper is bad customer service. The toiletries, particularly the hand soap bar and shower items are a big disappointment. For the value, coffee should be provided to go with the coffee station.

There were no towels, etc nor the fob for the pool. We texted the property manager. At 10:45 pm we finally got towels and the fob. That night the bathroom fan and a/c were noisy. One of the burners was also not working. Someone came and fixed the burner. Cleaned the bathroom fan and left a mess. We will never stay at this resort again. The day we left we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink.

Hummm how should I put this……

I made the reservation with VRBO and got my confirmation email from VRBO as well. My welcome information came from Iorlando reservations. No where did it say I’d be getting an email from Iorlando, so I deleted it. I get SO much spam email that I thought that’s what it was. I kept looking for an email with directions from VRBO but got nothing. I just figured we would get everything when we got to the unit. Well… there was no office to check in with. It took over an hour to get a hold of someone to give us the information we needed. I finally get the welcome letter re- emailed to me. We get into the room drop off our stuff and leave immediately. When we get back, we see that the tv and cable box is disconnected. We set that up only to find that the remote doesn’t work. Also, if you bump the electrical cord for the tv ever so lightly, the plug fell out. I put in a request to have the remote fixed on Friday at 9pm. By 10am the next morning, we heard nothing. I put in another request and called around 11am. No one showed up until 5 pm. They did try very hard to get the remote to work but it wouldn't work. Spectrum showed up at our unit at 8:30 am Easter Sunday. The poor spectrum guy couldn't even find a person to help him find the unit. The dishes, utensils, and towels are a hodgepodge of stuff. A lot of stuff was still dirty, and plenty was stained brown. Multiple electrical sockets wouldn't hold our phone cords, they kept falling out. This unit needs a lot of updating and TLC.
