Property was well decorated, clean and had lovely views over the lake. Easy to get anywhere in town and appreciated the ability to park in the garage.

Our family reunion of 10 was full of great memories and experiences in Pagosa Springs. This home provided a great home base for our day trips but also had plenty of room when we decided to stay in. The upstairs bunk bed room and foosball table were a hit with the 4 grandkids (aged 10-12). The kitchen was very roomy for all the "cooks" in the group. My only complaint about the kitchen was the lack of forks. We ended up having to buy a box of plastic ones at Walmart (which is very conveniently located). Everyone said the beds were comfortable. The A/C worked great. The kids did some fishing in the small lake and even caught one! The mountain views were very nice. I highly recommend it!

Great house!

This house was the perfect size for our group of 8. Hot tub out by the lake view was great. All the amenities you could need. Bedding was very comfortable. We would rent this place again.

Wonderful accommodations

We stayed at the mountain villa unit 24 and had an absolutely amazing time. The house was so spacious and modern. We were right in the lake and in the evenings watched a beautiful sunset with one night seeing a double rainbow over the lake. I highly recommend using itrip and staying at this property.

We have a wonderful family gathering full of fishing and quality time. The home is beautiful and fully stocked, and location is ideal, in the middle of Pagosa Springs, therefore providing easy access to everything offered.
