Terrible check-in.Minimal Amenities such as blankets, soap, etc.Was locked out of room due to lock not being charged.The staff working there were very courteous given it was not their obligation to make sure check-in was smooth.Apartment was nice along with building.Walk to metro was a little long given the 100 temps , but overall manageable. There is also a free bus that runs a circuit around Bethesda including metro.Overall, for the price I would look into other options in the future.

Love to property and location. There were several calls during booking process that looked very suspect. They turned out to be ok. But in today's times you have to be cautious

Great location nice place

The apartment is very clean and all the people we met are very nice. The furniture is not very comfortable and we were there for 8 nights. It needs a bit of a re-do because some of the huge furniture makes the bedrooms uncomfortable and the TV’s are difficult to use.(the one in the bedroom didn’t work). The internet is spotty unless you are in the main area. We loved the area and it was ok for what we wanted.

Great location. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants. The staff were all very nice. The bed did not seem to be connected to the headboard, if you moved in bed the headboard would bang the wall. Kitchen had a full size fridge and enough plates, glasses and utensils. The managing group needs to figure out assigning parking. A few problems. We arrived on a Sunday and told that we could not get parking until Monday. Street parking is free on Sunday, but we had to pay on Monday at 7am to park on the street until we got a garage spot at 11am. Seems like there could be a better system. We had no internet for 2 days until the management was able to send out a repairman. Plenty of towels and pillows. Comfortable beds. One of the two bedrooms did not have a TV. The TV in the one bedroom did not have a proper cable box, which did not allow the TV to broadcast at the same level as the one in the living room. A few cosmetic issues with flooring and paint, but overall plenty of space in a good location.

Terrible Experience – Poor Management, Broken Amenities, Awful ServiceStay: June 9–12, 2026 We booked this two-bedroom Bethesda apartment via VRBO with Churchill Living / Global Luxury Suites — at a premium price. We signed a lengthy separate agreement and submitted photos of our ID and credit card, and were charged in full before arrival. Even so, the host first refused the key, claiming the card photo was "not acceptable."The first unit had a broken bed, an unmade bed, and damaged blinds. They moved us to a second unit with no working AC: 77F inside (90F outside), thermostat locked, kid-sized beds instead of the queen we paid for, and a main-bedroom sink that wouldn't drain.The next morning we got an email — "Your rental is cancelled" — again blaming the card photo, the fourth such request despite the card already being charged.Customer service (an offshore call center, friendly but powerless) meant long holds and dropped calls. Over two days, maintenance was promised repeatedly but never showed; the concierge couldn't reach them either. Late one night they placed a single loud portable AC in one bedroom, venting out a window — it did almost nothing. The sink was never fixed.We received only platitudes. This was one of the worst, most poorly managed rentals we've ever had on VRBO. We will never book with Churchill Living / Global Luxury Suites again, and we urge others to avoid this property.
