Located on the Mornington Peninsula, in Rye, Melbourne's favourite holiday playground, this beautiful holiday home is just a short walk from the local beach.
This home has been freshly styled, giving it a coastal homey feel. It features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as allocated parking spaces and ample street parking. You can sit back in your luxury backyard, entertain the family with a relaxing BBQ.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidays; loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
