This complex is located on the River Oaks Golf Course, and is within a 10 minute drive to the MYR International Airport, Market Commons, and all of Myrtle Beach's attractions.

River Oaks 10H is beautifully decorated and offers a bright and beautiful living area. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, and a flat screen television for your enjoyment. This fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals and enjoying some quality time with your family. Also for your convenience, use the washer and dryer inside of the condo and avoid the laundromat! The master bedroom offers a King size bed, flat screen TV, balcony access, a walk in closet, and a private restroom. The guest room offers a Queen Size bed and a flat screen TV. There is a second restroom accessible by the hallway.

If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
