B401 is a two bedroom deluxe floor plan/corner unit that will accommodate up to seven guests with its spacious 1200 sq. feet floor plan. B401 also has a private parking space underneath the building for one vehicle. The condo has an easy access to the two pool areas (three on property) along with a breathtaking view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The living room has a TV/cable, the sofa has a pull-out queen size sleeper, and has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats six, along with a bar that seats two and a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin day bed, flat screen TV for streaming, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and its own small private balcony.

There is a washer/dryer in the condo tile & carpet flooring. The balcony is equipped with a table, chairs, and a lounge chair. View-faces the water but the building does sit further back behind the pool/clubhouse as shown in the pictures, you can still see the water and the beautiful beach and sunsets.
