Thoughtfully architected, the three bedrooms of this Destin beach condo are laid out so that no one room is next to another affording guests real privacy. In fact, the primary suite boasts breathtaking beach views, a sitting area and a luxury bathroom with a huge walk in shower. Additionally, the furnished beachfront balcony offers a community space to reconnect and enjoy Destin’s sunsets.

However proximity is important when it comes to beach access and entertainment options, another area where 1720 is picture perfect. Deeded beach access, pool access, a fitness center, barbecue decks and tennis courts are just an elevator ride away. Additionally, right outside Jade East’s gates are countless restaurants, Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and beach shops.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
