It's also important to locals that guests experience real southern hospitality and Jade East 820 plans on absolutely spoiling her temporary family. Recently upgraded, the list of updates includes a fully stocked kitchen with a stone waterfall countertop and stainless-steel appliances; a master suite boasting a huge bathroom with a giant walk-in shower, double sinks in granite countertops and access to the beachfront balcony; and a wet bar topped with black marble adjacent to the living room. In fact, the interior is so well done in a modern beach style that you may take inspiration from its design.

More than just a stylish condo, Jade East 820 comes with many amenities. Deeded beach access, tennis courts, grilling areas, in-condo laundry facilities, a fitness center, numbered parking and a beach front pool deck are among the perks. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
