Resort facilities include community pool, volleyball and Tennis courts plus a children's play area.Super Walmart, Publix (grocery store) less than 5 minutes away along with several restaurants and shops. Strict No Smoking Policy on the property - No Smoking permitted anywhere inside or on the pool deck. $150 damage deposit required prior to your stay.
Only 1.5 hours to either coast! Cocoa Beach and Clearwater are only an hour and a half away.
This spacious 4 bedroom and 2 bath home that sleeps 12 plus 2 infantswill only be accessible to you during your stay - it's private and NOT a shared home with anyone else.
The Kitchen is fully stocked for your use, with all new cookware, dishes, and small kitchen electrics. This is truly a home from home!!
Two pack-n-plays,a highchair and a single stroller are in the homeif you need to use any of thoseduring your stay.
Bedroom 1 -Master king with 55" Smart TV and En-suite;Bedroom 2 - King bedroom with 43" smart TV; Bedroom 3 - two sets of single bunk beds with 32" smart TV; Bedroom 4 -a set of full over fullbunk beds with 32" smart TV; both bunk bedrooms could potentially sleep 4 guests in each room. There are smart TVs in all the bedrooms and a huge 70" TV in the living room.
Full Laundry room off the kitchen. There is no access to the garage. All linen, towels, and pool towels are supplied.
The pool is superb with separate Spa to relax in after a long day at the parks. The Spa part of the pool can beheated for an - additional $35 per day. We recommend this option between October - April. If you are staying in the summer months, the temps are generally in the 80s without heating. Winter months, the pool temp can be 60-70 without heating, and in the mid 80s with the heating.
Parties or large gatherings/events are not permitted at this home.
We manage the home for the property owners. I am always available if you need any assistance during your stay, but I won't bother you unless you ask me to :) The neighborhood is a lovely and safe neighborhood that you can enjoy your vacation in. There are many restaurants and shops including a Super Walmart less than 2 miles away. There's also a Publix Grocery store about 1 mile away. Disney is a short drive.
