I am so glad you enjoyed the beach and home! We also love it and the lake. I am sorry you were disappointed about kitchen supplies. We have stayed at many air bnb’s and we include way more supplies than other properties . I know you were disappointed about no lobster pot but you never asked in advance. We have spices, oils, coffee, an instapot, blender, muffin pans and so much more. Our sheets are cleaned to highest standard every time by our long term cleaner.

Thank you, Steve, for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the interior of our cottage and found it spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Regarding the lake conditions, Alberta Health does occasionally post seasonal blue-green algae advisories. These notices are precautionary in nature and state that algae may be present in certain areas and that swimmers should avoid visible blooms. There have been no visible blooms at Lake Isle this summer, and both residents and guests have continued to enjoy the lake safely. Conditions can change quickly depending on wind and weather, and unfortunately, that is outside of any property owner’s control. As for the propane tanks, they were not empty — the fire table was in working order. We provided detailed instructions, and the following guests were able to use it without issue. With respect to the outdoor areas, geese do occasionally wander through the yard as they do around the lake. We promptly sent our yard person to clean during your stay as soon as you raised the concern, even though the mess was caused by wildlife. All of the items you reported were acknowledged and addressed as quickly as possible. While we always strive to exceed expectations, it seemed that nothing short of a financial discount would have been satisfactory. We appreciate your comments and will continue to maintain both the home and outdoor spaces so that future guests can enjoy the full lakeside experience.
