Cozy Waterfront Cottage- 50 mins from Edmonton on Lake Isle w/private dock/toys!

This cozy family-friendly waterfront cottage is located on the North shore of Lake Isle. During open water season, guests can enjoy the views of the lake while using provided kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards with lifejackets also provided.

During all four seasons there is always something fun to do! Whether it is fishing right in front of the cottage, accessing fantastic nearby snowmobile/hiking trails, spending time on the water watching the sun set or soaking up some sunshine on the dock; this is sure to be a hit for any outdoor enthusiast!

You will arrive with ample parking on the driveway and enter the cottage via keyless entry. There are exterior video cameras for your safety and the hosts' security.

The cottage is spacious and sure to meet all your rest and relaxation needs including:

Master bedroom: Sleeps 2. One queen bed (linens provided). Smart TV. Dresser. Closet.

Second bedroom: Sleeps 4 children. Two bunk beds (linens provided), both twin mattress (max weight 200lbs/bed). Open closet with shelves.

Bathroom: There is a tub; however, only showers are permitted to reduce water usage. Towels, toilet paper and hand soap are provided.

Living room: Two double sofa beds (linens provided). Smart TV. Cards and board games. Natural gas fireplace will be available between October and May.

Kitchen: While the tap water is safe for consumption and showering, there may be an odor; for this reason, a water cooler is provided for drinking and cooking needs including making coffee/tea. Air fryer, waffle maker, cutlery, basic utensils, pots/pans, dishes, serving dishes, dish soap (in pump on sink), dishwasher detergent, coffee pot, kettle, toaster.

Dining area: table with four chairs (also two folding chairs available for additional seating)

Deck: Patio furniture and natural gas BBQ.

Laundry: Washer/Dryer (detergent provided).
