We sincerely apologize for the TV issue during the first part of your stay. Unfortunately, it was caused by an unexpected technical problem, and we worked to resolve it as quickly as possible. Regarding parking, our listing explains that street parking is available but can occasionally be limited, particularly during winter or snow-clearing periods. We understand this can be frustrating. We're also sorry that the entrance was not cleared to your satisfaction. We strive to keep walkways safe for our guests, and your comments have been noted so we can improve our response time after snowfall. As for the noise, this is a basement suite, and while we ask everyone to observe quiet hours, occasional household noise can sometimes be heard. We regret that this affected your husband's rest. We appreciate your comments about the shower pressure, kitchen utensils, can opener, and dryer. These items has be inspected and addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.
