It was perfect! Cottage was spotless, right across from the beach and walkable to Siesta Village. Dave our host was awesome, reaching out to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Look forward to our next stay at the cottage.

Amazing property in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and to the downtown area with restaurants, bars and a market. The property was even better than the photos and the host was easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be staying again.

Very nice and easy long weekend trip. Despite the rain, we enjoyed this stay. The location is perfect and makes walking to the beach or to restaurants really easy. The cottages are adorable with everything you need. Check-in was a breeze. Will definitely be back.

Everything was great! Would 100% recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Siesta Key. The host was very responsive and overall it was just a great rental experience!

This cottage is a gem! It was updated beautifully and the Host was excellent with communicating with us. Very clean, nice and cool after a long day at the beach. Which is just across the street. The proximity to the Market was really close, plus there is a free trolly that was nice when it was relly hot. Will definitly be booking this again. Thanks Dave!

This is the cutest cottage. Loved the beach style interior, the wood walls and built ins. The proximity to the beach was perfect and you can walk to the town square. We especially enjoyed taking the bikes to the beach and town for lunch and dinner. Great courtyard too we would have really enjoyed more except it's just too hot this time of year. The beach was stunning. We watched the lunar eclipse and full moon. I highly recommend it.

Dave, the host, was very courteous & prompt with any and all helpful instructions we needed. He had thought of everything to help make our stay super comfortable that made it truly feel like “a home away from home”!! Perfect location, cute decor & great water pressure for the shower! A MUST stay for any getaway!

This cottage is exactly how it looks, immaculately clean with nice decorative touches. Wonderful patio area to sit out in cooler weather. Bikes available for use. Right across the street and down the path to beautiful beach. There are nice quality beach chairs, umbrella & yeti cooler for your convenience.Easy walk to Siesta Key Village restaurants & shopping, or hop on the free trolley. Dave was a great communicator, and offered great flexibility with check in time. Dave & his wife have thought of every thing. Would definitely return to this cottage.

Shops everywhere, we could not see the beach but the access point was close to the beach, if walking to the beach takes about 5 minutes or less. Very peaceful l, beautiful property. Highly recommend.

First impression was the communication with David. He shared everything prior to our trip. Instructions were super accurate nothing was left out The place is gorgeous inside and outisde. I loved the privacy. Perfect for couples needing to get away. Walking distance to beach restaurants. Perfect location for a summer getaway. The place does not smell like pets super clean, with everything and more that you may need .Can't wait to book again Thanks David

Loved Cottage #2 it had everything that I needed as a solo traveler. Dave was awesome! Dave was also very kind and accommodating, checked in at the beginning of stay to make sure I arrived alright.Not far at all from the beach also very close to the village. Walking/biking distance to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

We would definitely return when we go back to Siesta Key. The cottage is in a great location with being walking distance to both the beach and restaurants. You don't have to move your vehicle once you are parked. The cottage and property are extremely clean and has an old-time classic beach cottage feel. Communication with Dave prior to and during our stay was excellent. You will truly enjoy it.

Above everything, the location of this cottage can barely get any better. Siesta is our go-to and the cottage enabled us to enjoy out easily. We only used our car for restaurants and coffee; any trip to the beach was just steps away. Great cruiser bikes were provided so that you don’t have to deal with parking at the shops. Cottage was clean and charming. Dave was responsive and attentive. 10 out of 10, would stay here again.

Comfortable stay in recent renovated and bright beach cottage that included details that were appreciated. Good patio outdoor furniture & new propane grill allowed us to stay in rather than the feeling to dine out. Beach access is within 5 minutes & used the sturdy beach chairs each day. Walking to the village is within 10 minutes & enjoyed the SKOB, MVP, Kilwins & a few shops. We used a sound machine to counter some of the Beach Road night traffic, overall a great stay.

This was an amazing property. So adorably remodeled! It has so much charm and character. They spent a lot of time on details. The host was great and had very quick communication to help in anyway needed. Loved the bikes and short ride to town for dinner. The beautiful beach was easy access and just across the street. Everything was at the house that was needed for a great day at the beach. We loved it so much we plan to come back soon. Thank you for the accuracy of your cottage and for being a great host!

Absolutely perfect except the fact I had to go home! Beautiful home and super clean in the heart of the village. Every home accommodation you can think of from toiletries to clean linens to kitchen ware. The decor is absolutely perfect. 3 min walk from all restaurants and bars. Came with 2 bikes to use, large patio area, and beach accessories. Communication with Dave was all that you could ask for from a renter. He was prompt with memos and replies, thorough with instructions, and extremely accommodating to our every need. Thanks Dave and I hope to be coming back!

Wonderful, clean, cottage across from the beach. Nice beach chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella provided. Within walking distance to Siesta Key Village, restaurants. Lovely little fenced in back yard, with lights(nice touch). Nice outdoor furniture to sit on and enjoy the evenings. The Host is a great communicator. Will certainly stay here again when visiting Siesta Key.
