The Space:
The elevated position on the first floor of ‘Alkira’ development affords a picturesque aspect from the private balcony, overlooking The Parade. Whether you’re visiting for a family getaway, wedding or local event, you will experience a superbly presented and furnished 2-bedroom apartment.
Park your car in the private and secure rear car park, and forget about using it again - you won’t need to drive anywhere as everything is at your doorstep. Explore the laidback atmosphere of The Terrace (the main street) by foot... Steps away from café’s, deli’s, boutique shopping and the supermarket, this spot puts you in the heart of it all. A 750m/10-minute stroll to the beach allows for daily walks along the unending shoreline, with surfers enjoying easy access to beach breaks beyond the dunes... this is the newest and best place on offer!
Elevated living on the first floor of the complex overlooks The Parade. A comfy lounge offers the perfect place to settle in with a great book or watch movies (wifi, Smart TV with Netflix connectivity). This sunny open plan area has a 4-seater dining table, with easy flow to the north-facing covered alfresco with outdoor dining and BBQ.
The kitchen is equipped with quality stainless-steel appliances, stylish cabinetry and stone benchtops. Plenty of storage is available, plus well-stocked crockery, cutlery and cookware, tea, instant coffee and some pantry essentials. Limed oak timber flooring throughout the interior living space leads to 100% wool carpet in the bedrooms, and porcelain-tiled bathrooms. Split system heating and cooling provides year-round comfort.
The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a King-size bed and an ensuite (large shower, stone vanity and toilet). Bedroom 2 is set up with Twin Single beds, along with the the main bathroom with a shower, stone vanity and toilet. We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible, providing hotel quality sheets and bath towels. Handy European-style laundry facilities are also available (washing machine, no dryer).

Relaxed coastal living meets ultimate convenience, characterised by a clean neutral colour palette and stylish furnishings. Off-street parking for one car is available in a single designated under cover carpark (please be mindful to park ‘front in’ all the way, to allow maximum turning space for other vehicles). Particularly higher vehicles will not fit in the space. If you suspect your vehicle has a high bonnet please ask to avoid disappointment. Elegant and masterfully designed, this place delivers relaxed sophistication and is a great base for your stay on the Bellarine.

This apartment is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, on the main arterial road through Ocean Grove: The Parade (please note there will be traffic noise in the courtyard).
Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf. If sitting back and relaxing is more your thing then choose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and the beach, with shops, cafes and a supermarket within steps of the front door. Off-street parking for one car is available in a single designated undercover carpark.
Closest train station 25km away (Geelong station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 25 mins by car from Melbourne.
