Contemporary features, coastal gardens, and outdoor entertaining offer the essence of relaxed, seaside living, just a short stroll to Blue Waterâs Lake and The Groove Cafe.
The Space:
This stunning 3-bedroom home offers an unforgettable lifestyle experience. Occupying a commanding position with breathtaking Barwon Heads Bluff, ocean and estuary views, you will feel on top of the world. This place has it all to elevate your days - up here you will hear the roaring ocean acoustics and feel the cool sea breeze throughout the home.

This residence is located in a safe and friendly private estate: Barwon Views Estate.
It is ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding, fishing and golf. If sitting back and relaxing is more your thing then choose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.
There are great cafes, bars and many restaurants on The Terrace, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.
Ocean Grove has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks around the lake, along the riverside trails or the beachfront.
Getting Around:
Mariner's Retreat is within easy walking/riding distance to parkland and Blue Waters Lake Reserve. The Groove CafĂ© is the local favourite shop to get your morning coffee, yummy lunches and ready meals. Closest train station 25km away (Geelong station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
