The condo was wonderful. It was clean, had a kitchen, and a decent sized balcony looking directly at the gulf. It was perfect.

Wonderful!

The room and property were very clean! Location is great & view from room is spectacular! The property team is on site which was great. They were very friendly & responsive. The living area is open & airy. The bedroom has a huge closet & large dresser that had enough room for all 4 of us to put our things. We definitely hope to return to this condo!

We had a great experience. The Gulf Gate Resort was in the perfect location from which to enjoy the beach. We walked north to the Caprice and south to the Don Cesar and beyond. Although we were saddened to see the devastation caused by hurricanes Helene and Milton, we were happy to see the efforts being made to return things back to normal and were glad to be able to support the local businesses that had re-opened. Gary was a great site manager. Not only did we have a positive experience dealing with him, but we spoke to several guests and owners who knew him well and had good things to say about him.

Still don't like the standardized towels as they're thin and don't wrap completely around. Kenji does a great job when greeting guests and making you feel welcome.

5 Stars isn't Enough

The property is well kept, the unit was spacious, clean and comfortable, and thr views were HEAVEN! The unit came well equipped with everything that we needed and then some. Although we did not have any in person encounters with the management company, they did provide very specific information that allowed for a seamless check in/out process. I will undoubtedly be back again.

Wonderful. Check in was as expected and the staff was extremely pleasant and informative. The unit was clean and exactly as was pictured on the website. All the appliances, plumbing, and HVAC functioned properly with the necessary "starter supplies" in place. The full time COA members were friendly and sociable. The weather was perfect making the view from the balcony exquisite. Overall, it was a good value for the accommodations. We would like to return.

Great location

This would be a 5 star if it weren’t for the shower not working and having to do our own figuring out since it was after hours before we got in and knowing they were going to be able to fix the problem without needing to do some work and unfortunately we weren’t up for waiting so definitely on us. Some of the counters seemed to be missed when cleaning which left a large layer of sand on them ( noticeable once we walked in)but to be expected since we are at the beach! The walls are thin!!! If you do not like kids or noises this is not the place for you, given we could hear on top, bottom and both sides of us but we only got upset a time or two with people staying up until 2am but not enough to ruin anyone’s good time. Everything else was perfect. From location of beach and location to food it was good. The property was easy to figure out. Along with check in since we were after hours check in it went easy.

Our experience was amazing. We brought our 5 year old twins down to the beach for the first time and they had an absolute great time! Great memories were made. It was also a great 8 year anniversary for my wife and I!
