You've hit the jackpot! This is a truly gorgeous holiday home comprising impeccably presented interiors and superb exterior areas for relaxing and dining. Modern, bright and sunny and thoughtfully equipped, this home has it all.
The open-plan living area, with gloriously high ceilings, provides comfortable air-conditioned lounge seating with smart TV and an 8-seater dining suite. The sleek modern kitchen with butler's pantry, dishwasher and coffee machine is fully equipped for an extended stay, or fire up the BBQ for an undercover alfresco dining experience overlooking the sparkling in ground pool. The second lounge or media room provides further options for family entertainment.
The beautifully furnished bedrooms, all with plantation shutters and BIRs, are spacious, comfortable and bright. The main has a Queen bed, ensuite and WIR, the second a Queen and two further bedrooms house twin King singles. The family bathroom is well-appointed and contains a shower and bathtub with a separate toilet. There is also a full laundry. There is NO access to the garage.
Outdoors is delightful with a covered verandah overlooking the azure pool. Plenty of seating provides unlimited relaxation and entertainment options. After a day at the beach, sit back and chill while the kids splash in the pool. Just what holidays should be about!

There is a nearby children's playground, the fish and chip shop and the popular Lagom bakery. A local shopping complex provides all necessities.
Only 5 minutes drive away is Ulladulla with the many amenities of a town, such as cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and boutiques. Just a few minutes further north is Mollymook, the lovely seaside village and beach with the famous Rick Stein at Bannisters, Bannisters Pavilion and the popular Gwylo fusion restaurant. Also nearby are wineries, a golf course and a spa.
