We loved this property. It was super close to Walmart, close vicinity to all the parks. The communication was very clear and easy. We will 100% stay here again! Five stars!

Perfect for Privacy

The property was as advertised. Floor plan was excellent for privacy, could have 3 couples there and it would work. Beds were firm but comfortable. Location was further from Disney then thought but access was easy. Other than the kitchen was not very clean and an extensive list for check out, we would stay there again. The incidentals such as starter shampoo/soaps, coffee, laundry detergent, dishwashing supplies were an added bonus and appreciated!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool. They swam in the pool every night we were there. The location was excellent for every where we wanted to go. Our vacation was perfect. The host was excellent in providing the check in information and responded immediately to our one inquiry..

The Perfect Kissimmee Family Vacation Home!

This review will be long because I think a good review is important and informative for propective renters of this stunning home. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful property! My hubby and I flew our adult son and 3 grandsons (10, 11, 16) for our first vacation in 3 years (Covid concerns). We were coming to visit Sea World and Aquatica. We stayed at this home M-F. The gated community where the house is located was stunning, well kept, had beautifully manicured lawns and was very peaceful. Upon entering the home........a large open floor plan, plenty of seating and wonderful, very clean and well-maintained all the way through. The beautiful, clean pool and lanai area was a big hit for all, especially the boys. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and kitchenware. The bedrooms all have televisions, which was a plus for the grandsons. The beds were comfy. Tons of closet and dresser space. Master bath is huge with a beautiful garden tub to soak in after a long day of theme parks and separate shower. All bedding was clean and lovely. Plenty of bath towels for the 6 of us, but it definitely needs more wash cloths in the home. We could only find 2 wash cloths, so we bought some for ourselves at the store while there. There were 3 nice beach towels there and there were 3 kitchen towels also, so that was great. It had a nice laundry room in the home. Another nice feature is the huge garage to keep our rental car safe and out of the blazing Florida sun. The home was very convenient to the places we planned to visit. It was never more than a 15 minute drive to Sea World, Aquatica, and the Vineland Outlet Mall. There is a big Walmart only 5 minute drive away from the house where we bought our groceries and supplies. Plenty of fast food and regular restaurants within a few minutes. The gated community that the home is located in on a non-busy road with nothing but residential area surrounding it, so it felt like you were in the country. Here are my suggestions on what extra items to bring. Bring paper towels, toilet paper, tall kitchen garbage bags, foil, plastic wrap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods and your own toiletries. We also bought bottles some spray cleaners so we could clean the counters, other surfaces and mirrors after use daily and before we checked out because there was not any in the home. We also wanted to leave it tidy. Book this house! Amazing stay! We'll be back! Thank you!

Nice Spot

Family stayed there for one week. The rental was clean and nicely decorated. Satisfactory responsive communication. Asked for light bulbs to be replaced but I guess they didn't get around to it before we left. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family traveling to the area. Thank you.

Home away from home

We loved this property! Upon driving into the gated community we saw the lovely grounds with the community pool/space. The place is very clean and is exactly as shown in pictures, maybe even a little better. What I really liked was all the rooms had ceiling fans so for those really hot nights there was still movement in the air. There are extra beach towels and bath towels which is always great. The pool was so perfect to cool off in. There are only the rolls of toilet paper you see on the dispenser when you arrive as well as paper towels so it is something you have to buy just a heads up but perfect none the less! Will definitely be back

Great getaway

This house was just what we needed during March break! My kids pretty well lived in the pool and were in it from breakfast to bedtime. There was lots of room for everyone to be comfortable! My kids loved the kid themed rooms.

Wonderful Winter Break Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Brad and Juanita's property over the kids' winter break. This place has everything that we were looking for, including close proximity to the Disney World parks, private pool & lanai, a wonderful kitchen and enough space for my kids to run around and play. The neighborhood is quiet and also very close to shops and restaurants. The owner was very helpful during the stay, even ordering a brand new pack and play and high chair for the baby, and even assisted us back something we left behind when we checked out. We would definitely come back here again for our next vacation in FL.
