Blue Atlantic Villa is a two-story apartment in the best location on Puerto Ricoâs east coast. The unit has a spectacular balcony and terrace with ocean views to neighboring Palomino and Icaco islands. It's a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, accommodates up to 6 adults. From Blue Atlantic Villa you can cross the street to boat charters and tours, take a 5-minute drive to the beautiful Seven Seas beach, or drive 15 minutes to El Yunque rainforest. Facilities include 3 pools, tennis courts, a half basketball court, and a gym.Â

Enter the apartment and you are greeted by an open layout that seamlessly connects the dining room, living room, balcony, and kitchen. The living room has a smart flat-screen TV, and a dining table comfortably sits 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for an extended stay and has 2 counter stools to accommodate additional guests. All three bedrooms are located on this level.

Blue Atlantic Villa's terrace is what makes this property special. Head up to the 1st floor and you are greeted with a family area that features a flat-screen TV, sofa, bistro-style table, and a private full-size bathroom. The terrace has awesome ocean views and overlooks the marina where most east coast charters and ocean tours operate from. Furnished with lounge-style seatings and bbq, perfect ambiance to dine al fresco.Â
BEDROOMSÂ
The master bedroom has one king-size bed with a dedicated bathroom and TV. The bathroom has a double sink and granite countertops. The 2nd has a queen bed with a TV as well. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning, black-out curtains, and top-quality linens and pillows for a great night's sleep. Â
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):
We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.

Blue Atlantic Villa has a spacious and fully stocked kitchen. You will love the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a countertop with 2 stools for entertaining while you cook and a breakfast nook that comfortably sits 6 adults and has direct access to the lower terrace. The kitchen opens to the living and dining room so the cook is always part of the larger group.Â
You'll also find a small closet with the washer and dryer you'd be able to use during your stay.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
The property has two (2) assigned parking spots.
Renting a car is a must when staying in Fajardo. There are many activities within 10 minutes of driving distance and the roads are easy to navigate.

Blue Atlantic Villa is located in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. It features a breathtaking infinity pool with views of the Caribbean Sea and "El Yunque" Rain Forest. You will be a drive away from beautiful beaches, national parks, natural reserves, and lots of local restaurants. There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:
Enjoy, soak, and unwind in the communal pools.Â
Chill at the beach! Seven Seas, Playa Azul, and Luquillo Beach are our favorite beaches in the northeastern coast and are a must-do if you are staying at Blue Atlantic Villa. The villa has beach chairs, towels, and coolers for a long day at the beach. Â
Lunch or dinner at "Los Kioskos de Luquillo". There are over 25 restaurants in the Caribbean beachfront restaurant strip. One of our favorites is âLa Parrillaâ.
Explore the "El Yunque" Rainforest and National Park at RĂo Grande, Puerto Rico. El Yunque is an easy 15 minutes drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.
Experience the glowing waters at the bioluminescent bay of Fajardo during an evening kayak tour.
Go on a horseback ride or ATV/UTV ride off the beaten path in CarabalĂ Rainforest Adventure Park at Luquillo, Puerto Rico.
Spend a day in Old San Juan. Fajardo is only a 1-hour drive away from the capital/historic city. There's a lot of history to see and great food and drinks to enjoy.

At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
- A small amount of laundry detergent
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guestâs responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 6 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If youâd like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and weâll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
