The condo was great. Location, furnishings and accessibility all fantastic. However, no hot water, a damaged fireplace screen that did not allow a fire and a badly mangled back door blind but a damper on an otherwise great place.
Location of this property couldn't be better. Just 50 feet from the building to the ski lodge. The property worked well for our family of 4 and was comfortable. Could use some repairs and updating, however. The heat never seemed to get above 65-degrees. Otherwise, was a great stay.
What a disaster! This unit is not like what is pictured - there is no natural light (if you open the curtains you are literally staring at cars parked 10ft. from you), very dim internal lights, many broken, trying to disguise the age and disrepair of this unit. There is mold climbing all over the baseboards and corners of every wall and ceiling, the floors are broken and tripping hazards, dishes/cups had to be washed BEFORE use, the bathroom is an old and outdated disaster, and the pull-out couch was completely collapsed and could not hold anyone's weight, so there is no way you could sleep 4 people here. What an over-priced, dangerous and unethically misrepresented mess. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
I would have to say the only thing we really enjoyed about this property was the convenient location, being right at the base of Pico and a short drive from Killington.
Asides from that, our stay was not enjoyable. Overall, the place felt dingy and the bed/bath were quite outdated.
When we arrived, there was hair on the walls of the shower and a used wash cloth still hanging on the shower rod. The light above the sink in the bathroom was also not working.
Beyond all of that, one of the things you desire after a day out on the slopes is a nice hot shower. Every night, when we tried to shower, the water went ice cold on us - sometimes right in the middle of the shower. I donât know what the underlying issue is here but it was not a pleasant experience at all.
With all of that said, we donât plan on staying here again in the future.
