The townhouse was clean. It is outdated in furnishings. The second shower made a lot of noise when used andthe outside area needs attention. You can walk to the square and the Railyard but on hot summer days that is not fun, those locations are not very close and after walking around you have to walk back. Having the cleaning people waiting outside when we left was rude and very uncomfortable. We left at 9:45 and they were sitting in a car next to our car waiting on us. Did not like that at all, especially when you're paying 500.00 a night. The townhouse was on the smaller side too with awkward seating to watch a movie or have conversation. Had to move the furniture around to make it more functional. Overall, it was ok, not sure where all the 5 stars are coming from?
This is a very clean and quiet place to stay. SO close to the Railyard Arts District, restaurants, coffee shops, you name it. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Loved it!
We enjoyed our stay at this charming place in a spectacular neighborhood. The neighborhood is set off from the street and has about 30 homes on a gravel driveway. The place itself is tastefully decorated in a southwest theme and has plenty of rrrom. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easy right in front of our place. It was a bit cool, but the outdoor area was also pleasant.
This is a very cute property. It's in a complex of single-family freestanding condo townhouses, and very quiet with off-street parking. The photos don't show the two very nice walled front and back outdoor seating areas with ample trees and bushes, very private. One of the best restaurants in town, Martin, is one block away, plus a Chicago hotdog stand and a couple bakeries all within a few minutes walk, so no need to cook at all really. The full bag of coffee is nice.
Immaculate and well-stocked. Appreciated the offstreet parking since Santa Fe streets can be so tight. Lovely private front and back patios. Lots of light - both natural and in the home. You could read a book from any seat or bed. The location is terrific - restaurants/food trucks/market within walking distance. We visited in October and the full wood crib was a bonus. Only addition I would suggest is a coffee table in front of the couch. The HVAC setup was a bit of a mystery, so some instructions would have been helpful.
The management company, Two Casitas, was friendly and accommodating.
The property was clean and quiet and just as pictured. The location was great-short drive to the Plaza or a nice length walk. The hosts gave great and timely communication and the check in and check out process was super easy. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Santa Fe.
The Dreamcatcher was perfect for our 5-day visit to Santa Fe. The location was exactly what we wanted - quiet neighborhood within close walking distance of the Railway District, Historic District, shops, galleries and restaurants. We 3 friends enjoyed the lovely space, tastefully decorated in Southwest decor, with outdoor patio table and chairs to enjoy our wine and appetizers. The communication with our host was frequent, with helpful information about the lodging and the surrounding area.
We loved our stay at Dreamcatcher. Itâs a lovely home in a perfect location to be able to walk to downtown and all the great sights, restaurants, shopping. The companyâs customer service is great. They provided lots of useful information and a lovely welcome gift of snacks and wine. Check in and out is simple and fluid. The beds are really soft, if you like that itâs great. The space is well laid out for two couples with spacious bedrooms and two private baths. Kitchen is fairly well equipped.
