Wonderful stay!

Spacious condo close to Disney parks, and grocery stores/shopping. Access to a pool, hot tub, lazy river, slides and splash pad. Condo is clean and has a full kitchen with plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Would stay again!again if in

Great Stay

Everything was as pictured. We noticed the condo was extremely clean when we came in. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The response time by management was within minutes, which was very helpful. The only issue was the Internet connection was inconsistent.

First time.

All was as expected. This was our first time away from home during an Ohio winter. Had to call maintenance over an AC clog and small ants but was handled promptly. Received an email about damage done and was blindsided because I was not aware of any. Came to find out it was caused by guests that stayed with us. Very disappointing. I apologized to the management company and will pay charges.

Vacation

The place was nice and quiet! My boyfriend and I enjoyed the pool, lazy river and the tiki bar. It was overall a very great place to stay. Our next vacation to Florida we will definitely choose to stay here again!

38 days and was great

We stayed for 38 days on the Snowbird trip. Very centrally located. Property was great. Liked every aspect. The worst thing was the Kissimmee traffic

Clean Modern Condo

My husband and I stayed here and were pleased with the cleanliness of this condo. The location was great and the manager was quick to respond to any questions. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. My only comment is the bed in the master bedroom is very soft and could be replaced (in our opinion). Even with that said, we would definitely stay here again. Bonus also, it is pet friendly but you’d never be able to tell any pets have even been here before!

Christmas in Orlando

Very nice condo and location. I love the Storey Lake community and always stay here. The only recommendation I have is to have extra eating ware besides the china. The table setting was pretty but we had two 4 year olds so I was always nervous and hoping nothing would get broken.

Beautiful condo, as described

The condo and property were lovely. The main bedroom mattress is extremely soft and could pose an issue for guests with back problems. Other than that, we loved it.

Great property (except for entrance gates)

We had a great time. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I saw some reviews complain about the temperature but AC worked fine for us. The only complain I have is the system to enter the property through the gates. In the evening long lines would form for whatever reason and cars were very slow to go through the gate. One evening we waited over 20 minutes and had to turn around and go to the other end of the property (10 min detour) where one gate was missing and it was possible to enter.

Family weekend stay

This is probably one of the best condos in the complex. Top floor end unit overlooking water. Condo itself was perfectly fine. The lazy river was further than expected, walking distance but close to 1/2 mile. Most families will want to drive over. If you are checking in on Friday night it took 30 minutes to get through the checkpoint, about 30 cars in line. Saturday there was 0-3 cars in line at a time. I could only find Netflix to work and some Samsung movies. Don't think cable TV was an option. The river, gym etc is only open 9-9 so no early workouts. Condo itself is a 4.5 stars The amenities about 3.5. there's a super target dozens of restaurants mini golf just about everything you need about 5 minutes south on route 192

Came for AAU Nationals Volleyball held at the Orlando Convention Center. This Location was perfect. Close to everything. Property was just as advertised. Very clean.

Mismanagement

First off, I wanted to start off with the property and the amenities were great. However, we were sweltering in the heat because the apartment was extremely hot even after having lowered it to 65 when we got there it stayed at 80 degrees. I called maintenance 2 times before they actually came along with no resolution because it continued to stay hot, all he said was well it’s blowing 65 but it’s still warm in here and there’s nothing he could do so we told me to call the next day if problem continued so I did; I called at about 3:30pm and they said they’d have someone come so I called to check the status at around 7:30pm and was told “they can only investigate it because there is nobody on site” nothing was ever done and nobody ever came. We were traveling with 3 young kids under the age of 2 and we ended up having to purchase a fan to keep them cool. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in any resort with this management team.

Decent, but not fantastic

This place was ok. Great location and balcony, storey lake was great, the kids loved the clubhouse and pool. We were not happy about the master bed. It had a giant sink hole in it that I kept rolling into. Not comfortable. The other negative was the dryer was not hooked up to a vent so we could not safely run it which was a challenge with limited towels and lots of pool visits. I let management know but nothing was done about it during our stay. It does not appear they fixed the mattress as some later reviews mention it as well. Additionally there were very few dishes and cups. The place seems to cater toward families so it would have been nice for there to be more dishes and less breakable dish ware as well. We felt weird giving the kids the fancy glasses. I would stay at Storey Lake again but probably not this unit.
