perfect location

Perfect location to stay while attending my granddaughter’s 1st birthday 6 miles away. We have 2 dogs that loved the fenced backyard . The host was friendly and quick to respond to all questions. Will definitely be back!

Driveway is a little steep but we managed to back our 21 ft triton bass boat up there. House was gorgeous we loved it. Very quiet and loved watching the deer!!!

Dock diving event

This was the perfect place for us to stay with our pups. The yard fenced in, cleaned well maintained. The house is dog friendly with the flooring which helps a lot for those with pets, clean and cozy. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and deer roaming everywhere!!! Definitely will stay here again. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay in TN

Perfect for Our Needs

An unexpected trip to attend a funeral meant we needed a place to stay FAST. This property was perfectly placed in a quiet residential neighborhood with quick access to restaurants, stores and fuel. It was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was found within the unit and we lacked nothing. Thank you!

Weekend Concert Getaway

Thought the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Zero complaints about this unit. Communication was superb and very helpful. Check in and out were very easy and clear instructions. Lovely location and tucked away. This is an ideal unit in my opinion. If I ever come back to the area I will look to stay here.

Wonderful hospitality!

This is a great property. Because of the way the rental is set up, you cannot hear the host and they can’t hear you. Do not let this deter you from renting the property. The host is outstanding. She’s available if you need anything but gives you your privacy. She provides several helpful items to make the stay easier. Also, we had a dog emergency and she was so helpful and caring. Lastly, the back yard is fenced and wonderful for your furry friends. We look forward to another visit in the future.

This was a perfect place for our family and pups. The home was clean and private. Although the home is connected to the host’s home, we could never hear them. It’s connected in a way that sound doesn’t carry. The host also provided little extras like detergent pods, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, games, and books. The yard was marvelous for our fur babies. We had a pet emergency during our stay. The host was helpful and caring about our dog. Communication with the host was excellent. The hospitality here is through the roof. Thank you!

One of My FAVORITE Stays - Lots of Deer

From the moment we drove up I knew we were going to love it here. VERY nice neighborhood, with clean yards and beautiful homes, and the icing was the small group of deer on the front lawn when we pulled up. We were traveling with our 2 dogs and they needed a yard, and oh what a great yard for all of us. Fully fenced, groomed, and completely surrounded by woods. This is an upstairs unit and the driveway is steep. Parking is flat but if you have mobility challenges this is not your place. We spent 5 days here and it was like being at home, including the excellent owner. Everyone was so nice I felt like I gained family while I was here. Our dogs loved all the space and the regular appearance of deer on the other side of the fence. Well decorated, clean, comfortable we enjoyed our stay so much that we are very likely to revisit.

CLEAN property!

We had a great week near Nashville in this property. Even our teen sons noticed that the house was clean! Communication was great with the on site owner. Kitchen is well stocked with all supplies we needed and more, grocery delivery made having breakfast at the house super easy. Beds were comfy and bathroom worked great. Couch was not super comfortable, but we weren't on vacation to just sit on the couch! *Note cancellation policy in discription states 100% refund if at least 14 days before trip - BUT Evolve (management company) policy is no refunds, at all, they only offer to re-book for new dates. I know this be cause we considered cancelling trip but did not due to Evolve's policy.

Wonderful place to stay!

We so enjoyed our stay with Julie. Clean, relaxing place as well as fenced yard for our elderly dog. Lots of deer watching in the morning and at dusk. Close to Nashville and grocery, drug stores and fun little shops. The LeVeck Family.

Great location near Lake

Comfortable, well equipped house in a quiet neighborhood with a great yard for dogs. Leeann was super accommodating and let us use the garage while workmen were repairing the landscaping in the yard. Cedar Creek Marina is 10 minutes away and has temporary slips to rent for your boat. Lovely place to stay

Renter was super communicative and extremely nice. Loved the stay. Didn’t know originally there was someone renting downstairs but still had a very good stay. The inside layout was cool and the back porch set up was very nice as well.

A heaven in the midst of chaos!

We drove across the country to Tennessee. We stayed in this VRBO or not we were waiting on our new home to close. It was a great location the house was cute and comfortable and cozy and everything we needed in the midst of a rain storm and learning our way around the Internet. LeeAnn was incredibly accommodating as well as kind here. I would highly recommend this location and I would stay there again with my family and my pets.
