ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Ultimate Heights is a spacious and naturally well-lit apartment with modern luxury throughout. Arrive through the large double garage with walk-in level to the open plan living. Ultimate Heights maximises its jaw-dropping views of Queenstown Bay and mountains with large windows in the kitchen, living area, and lounge leading out to the front deck.

Ultimate Heights is a spacious and naturally well-lit apartment with modern luxury throughout. Arrive through the large double garage with walk-in level to the open plan living. Ultimate Heights maximises its jaw-dropping views of Queenstown Bay and mountains with large windows in the kitchen, living area, and lounge leading out to the front deck.
At the side and front of the house lies the courtyard with a large BBQ area, an outdoor dining table and a grass garden with plenty of room to soak in the spa and enjoy the panoramic vistas across the lake and surrounding mountains.
Parking isnât an issue with a generous garage and room for 2 more cars off-street.

There are 2.5 bathrooms and all five bedrooms are thoughtfully crafted and comfortably fitted out. The master bedroom is exceptionally designed with a large walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and jaw dropping views to match:

A copy of the guestâs photo ID (Driversâ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guestâs request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guestâs personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
You will have access to the entire home.
The Goodstaysâ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
Ultimate Heights is located in a tranquil area located in the Goldfield Heights suburb between Queenstown and Frankton.
There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.
Rates are flexible depending on your group size, increasing $50 per person for groups of more than 6 people.

- Minimum age requirement: 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels, and standard departure clean.
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate.
- Residential use only â no parties or events. The property is for accommodation by registered Guest(s) and the number of occupants nominated at the time of booking. It must not be used for parties, functions, or gatherings.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm â 8:00 am.
- Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for a more detailed list.
