Our house is located on 69696 square feet of land. This suite is the whole lower floor of the 5400 square feet house, covering an area of 2700 square feet. It has a separate entrance and complete separation from the upper floor. During your stay, you will enjoy all the space on this floor. It includes three lake-view suites with separate bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a laundry room. At the same time, the 90000-liter large Heated saltwater swimming pool and the 1900-liter hot tub are also exclusive to you and are highly private and safe.

We are at the end of the street. Use the password to open the door of the private lane, drive through the 300-foot lane, and reach our front yard and parking lot. There are gardens and orchards in the front yard. There is a private deck and terrace at the entrance of the guest room and there is a barbecue area. Here, you can see the sun rising from the mountain opposite Lake Okanagan; the bright city lights are right in front of you at night. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the city center, city parks, beaches, cruise clubs, cinemas, famous wineries, and golf courses.

The saltwater swimming pool opens in April each year depending on weather conditions and closes in October depending on weather conditions. It is heated and maintained at a constant temperature from May to September. The hot tub is open all year round. There are TV sets and two refrigerators in the hall. The kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, oven, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. There are 5 queen beds and two sofa beds in the suite. There are also 3 single folding beds for later use. Rooms provide hotel-quality sheets and bath towels.

The owner lives in another suite on the upper level of the house. This suite has separate access and is completely separate from the guest suite. We need to do maintenance for the whole property and help you when you need it. We won't disturb your stay.
