- 4WD/AWD required year-round (steep gravel access road)

- There will be a starter kit of toilet paper (6), paper towels (2), trash bags (6), dishwashing pods (4), laundry detergent, dish soap, kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Keurig coffee pods, and hot cocoa set up for your arrival. If you think you will need more items than this, we suggest grabbing them before your arrival
- The property does have cell phone service, but it may be spotty since the property is in a rural area. Please connect to the WiFi for service (contact your provider for instructions enabling WiFi calling on your phone)
