This complex is currently undergoing a large renovation project. This project will occur from now until the end of 2024 if there are no delays. Construction includes loud noises, scaffolding, blocked views, blocked parking spaces, and workers onsite.


This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo will accommodate up to 6.

Located on the 5th floor the door opens to a large open floor plan made up of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has plenty of comfortable plush seating to enjoy the stunning view of the emerald green Destin water. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open to a large balcony with raised seating so you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the view. Near the living room is the dining area that can accommodate 6. The kitchen is just steps away and has all full sized appliances. The spacious granite counter tops allow you to have plenty of space to whip up a feast for 6 or a quick bite before heading to the complex pool. All the cookware, utensils, and dishes are already provided so you just have to pack the food.

The first guest bedroom has 2 Twin sized beds, a ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom offers a combination tub/shower.

The second guest bedroom is similar to the Master Bedroom. It offers a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, and a view. The private guest bathroom is adjacent to the room.

The Master Bedroom offers a King-sized bed, a ceiling fan, and fantastic view. The adjoining Master Bathroom has a large double sink vanity, a tub, and separate shower.

The beach is access downstairs via a private gate, but the walk takes you to the public beach access point. The complex pool and hot tub are available downstairs for your use.
