Walking into Beach Dreaming, you will be enchanted by the inviting atmosphere. The first bedroom boasts a commodious queen bed, perfect for couples seeking a private sanctuary. Bedroom two is versatile, accommodating families or friends with two single beds.

Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.



Beyond the bedrooms, the inviting living spaces offer relaxation and entertainment. Indulge in culinary creativity within the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an array of cookware, utensils, and a handy microwave. The kids will also be extremely happy with an extra TV set up downstairs in the garage to play all their games while the parents can relax in peace and quiet upstairs. There is even room for the boat as well as the car in the tandem garage. The property is in a perfect location close to Mollymook beach, park, cafes and golf course. What more could you want!

- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.

- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.

- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled

- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.
