Expect a comfortable space as you step into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven. The master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite, guaranteeing a serene retreat. The remaining two bedrooms provide equal comfort, ensuring everyone has their own private sanctuary to unwind after a day's adventure. Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

This cottage is located in a quiet street which is only a minute's walk to Mollymook Beach. Open plan living /dining /kitchen. Large main bedroom with new ensuite. Enclosed entertainment deck with a large leafy yard. This property is only a five-minute drive to the cafes and shops of Milton, Mollymook, and Ulladulla. Great value for money.

- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details.

Bed configuration is 2 Queen beds and 3 Single beds

- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
