We had a great time at 105 Base camp. Perfect location for ski in/ski out with our kids. EV charger worked great and fully stocked kitchen was awesome. Easy walk out the back door to the large community hot tub. Will definitely stay here again.

Great unit in an amazing location!

We stayed over Spring Break with our kids (7 & 9). Last year we stayed in a condo at base camp and had access to a storage locker at the base for our skis. I was worried about not having that this year, but my boys had no trouble carrying their skis on the very short walk to the base. They were even able to ski most of the way home! The unit was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Will be back next year!

We absolutely loved this townhouse. It was a short walk to the ski lifts which made it very convenient with kids. The house is well equipped, was super clean, and the location is wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when in Granby!

Amazing place just steps from the slopes! This had everything we needed and really made our trip that much more enjoyable! Great communication with the owner. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful property and location

Ideal location for a family, walking distance to ski lodge. It had all of the amenities from home, including family games. Very clean. We loved this stay and the property manager was present for anything we needed.

We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties and this one was the most well stocked we’ve ever experienced. They had everything from coffee filters, to hand warmers to ziplock bags… you name it they had it. Very well organized and finally a mattress that was worth the money spent on the VRBO.

We have stayed at a lot of properties and this one is by far one of our favorites. It was clean and well stocked. They even provide good pots and pans! We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Great Location, ideal family vacation

I can't say enough about this rental. It was stocked better than any rental we've ever had. The manager checked in and was available although we didn't need anything more. It was our first time to Granby and we felt spoiled.

Doesn’t get much better than this!!

If you are reading this you have found a gem!! This is a great place, with great amenities and so close to the base!! This place was new, clean and had great amenities for our ski trip. Communication with the owner was a bonus as she is so responsive and thoughtful. We liked it so much we are going back again soon.

It was my sister's family who stayed at the unit. I live in Grand Lake but spent every evening w them for dinners. Everyone loved the property: very clean! Location (close to grocery, fast-food, gas, etc.) Is great! Grandson & his Dad fished East Portal at GL.

Perfect

This townhouse is the perfect place to stay in the Granby/Grand Lake area. Everything was new and clean. The house has everything from a well stocked kitchen to games for the family. Communication with the property manager was excellent and everything was just incredibly easy, exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing mountain vacation. I hope we are able to make it back soon.

Delightful Destination

Our family loved our vacation to Granby. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. You could see amazing views in the neighborhood. The townhouse was stocked full of great supplies to make our 6 night stay very comfortable. We were able to fix and eat several meals at the townhouse because the kitchen was stocked full of cooking and grilling supplies. There is a City Market (grocery store) nearby which was very convenient. Granby is a lovely and quiet town. It is a nice change of pace from the busy cities. There are still quite a few local restaurants and shops to visit. Our favorite spots were Debbie's Diner, Bighorn Bagels, and Mary's Mountain Cookies. There are beautiful mountain views in every direction. Granby is close to the Rocky Mountains and a lot of other great places to visit. The propery manager checked on us by text several times. We highly recommend staying! Our only issuesthe master bedroom matress was not quite as comfortable as we had hoped to have. The blankets and sheets were very comfortable and cozy though. There is construction going on in the neighborhood. It woke us up a few of the days. It appears they should be finished pretty soon. The dryer vent was not attached so we could not use the dryer. We told the property manager and she replied quickly and offered to have a handyman come fix it. We decided to just use the drying rack since we didn't have a lot of laundry to do. She was sending the handyman to fix the issue after we checked out.

Amazing Stay, amazing unit!!

We come up to Granby often, and this walls by far our favorite place. The unit was beautiful, perfectly located, and the attention to detail was impeccable! We hope to stay here again very soon.

Everything you could ask for!

Their home was welcoming, warm., and cozy. They provided everything you could need. The technology was easy they provided all the information for the facilities and local community. Excellent temperature control, water pressure, thick towels and a full kitchen. They opened their home like a 5 star hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Also just steps to the ski lifts and hot tub and heated pool. The heated garage was the cherry on top.
