With the Noosa River winding through its heart, Noosaville is a laidback holiday spot with gorgeous water views, shady trees and picnic spots along 2km of grassy foreshore. The Noosa River Gardens complex includes a jetty and pool and is conveniently located near the Hilton Tce riverfront with parkland & barbecues - and all just a short 10-minute stroll to Noosa Marina Harbour. Noosa River Gardens is the ideal waterfront accommodation in Noosaville to start your next holiday.
Unit 8 is a spacious first floor apartment offering extensive views along the Noosa River to Noosa Heads and a great spot for river fishing and boating. It features 3 x bedrooms, 2 x bathrooms, a full kitchen and spacious lounge area facilities. The open plan living area is tiled and offers Smart TV and sound-bar, and the balcony has an outdoor table for dining al fresco. The three bedrooms have been fitted with fresh, cool hybrid floors in Feb 2023.
There is free Wi-Fi, but not suitable for 'working holidays'. There is no air-con but ceiling fans in each room. There are full laundry facilities in the apartment and the garage is for one car only & is NOT suitable for vans or 4WD vehicles due to a canoe permanently stored in the roof area. There is also 3 x visitor carparks onsite.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. ( to get you through your first night ) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.
Schoolies and party groups are not permitted. We reserve the right not to accept bookings that we deem in breach of house rules.
