Gaagal Lookout - step out onto the balcony with panoramic views of the famous Elephant Head.

Some places are so special they demand protection, and such was the case with the stretch of coastal land between Nambucca Heads and Scotts Head, called Gaagal Wanggaan (South Beach) National Park. Home to the local Gumbaynggirr People, this area was recognised as a vital spot for state preservation in a joint management agreement with the Traditional Owners.

Gaagal Lookout is only 5 minute walk to the gateway of this magnificent National Park, along with all the very best recreational activities to enjoy in Scotts Head, including the Surf Club, its famous right-handed surf breaks, and family friendly rock pools and coves.

Step out from the dining and living areas onto the balcony with panoramic views of the famous Elephant Head and expansive ocean to sit and watch the world go by. Large air-conditioned living area with large Smart TV and comfortable lounging – kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast bar.

Gaagal Lookout sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably.

The Cinema Room: Purpose built by the previous owner and musical muse, this private studio was once used to create incredible soundtracks for the film industry. Now guests can now experience this unique and impressive sound-proof home cinema for themselves. Enjoy the ultimate couples movie night with a state-of-the-art projector, opulent leather lounges (electric of course) and all in air-conditioned comfort.

When you book Gaagal Lookout, you book the whole two-storey house to enjoy. Stay for a week or two and get to know the locals! Plenty to enjoy and explore in this culturally significant coastal town. No parties, No pets, No smoking. There is no access to the garage but plenty of street parking on a quiet street. Linen and bath towels provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels. Great Christmas

Perfect Location
